When you don't The data is used up, the plan has expired, the eSIM was deleted from the phone, or it was installed on a carrier-locked phone. How to ask 1. Email support@skipthekiosk.com from the address you ordered with, or use the chat button in the bottom-right corner of this page. 2. Give your order number and tell us what happened. If the eSIM isn't working, attach screenshots of your network settings and write within 30 days of the problem starting. 3. Send a TRON address, TRC-20, for the refund. If issuing failed or the timer ran out on a partial payment, we'll email you first. To get the money back, send us your order number and address. Which address to give It has to be your own address on TRON. If you paid from an exchange, use your USDT TRC-20 deposit address on that exchange. Don't give the address the payment came from: on exchanges that's a shared wallet, and the money may never reach you. Double-check the address, a blockchain transfer can't be reversed. How the money comes back We refund in USDT on TRON: the amount that reached us, or just the difference if you overpaid. We send it manually. Once the network confirms it, you'll get a "Refund for order #… sent" email with a Tronscan link, and the order page will show the refunded amount. TRON transfers land within minutes, though your exchange may take a little longer to credit them. If an hour has passed and nothing arrived, contact support with your order number.

How to check remaining data and expiry date

You can see the remaining data and the expiry date of every eSIM in your account, under My eSIMs. Where to look 1. Go to https://skipthekiosk.com/en/account/esims and log in with the email you bought the eSIM with. Or tap "My eSIMs" in your eSIM email: that button logs you in without a code, works once and stays valid for 3 days. 2. Find the card for your eSIM. What the card shows - Status: Active, Not installed, Data used up, Expired or Cancelled. - Remaining data, for example "2.4 GB left of 5 GB", with a bar. Next to it, "updated …" tells you when the operator last sent the numbers. - Valid until: the last day of the plan. - Days left, for example 4 of 7. If you haven't installed the eSIM yet, the card shows the whole plan with "full plan, the clock hasn't started" and an "Install by" date. The plan's days start when you first connect to a network on your trip. Why the numbers lag The operator sends usage with up to a 5-minute delay, so the balance can trail behind. If you see "Checking balance", wait a couple of minutes and refresh the page. Your phone's counter Your phone also tracks data per line. On iPhone that's Settings → Cellular, on Android look for the mobile data section. Its numbers may not match the operator's, so go by your account. When the plan runs out If the data is used up but the plan hasn't expired, the eSIM stays in the list with a "Top up" button. See "How to top up an eSIM" for the steps. Expired eSIMs move to Finished, linked from My eSIMs. There you can see how much data was used and tap "Buy again". Numbers don't look right? Use the chat button in the bottom-right corner of this page or email support@skipthekiosk.com with your order number.
