Running low on data doesn't mean you need a new eSIM. You can add gigabytes and days to the one already on your phone. No new QR code, nothing to reinstall.
How to top up
- Log in and open My eSIMs: https://skipthekiosk.com/en/account/esims
- On the eSIM you want to top up, tap "Top up". The button only shows on eSIMs that can be topped up.
- Pick a plan. The one marked "Same as now" matches your current plan.
- The "After top-up" panel shows how much data and how many days you'll have.
- Tap "Continue to payment" and pay in USDT the same way as a regular order.
The plan is added a couple of minutes after payment. You'll get a "Top-up added" email, and the balance in My eSIMs goes up.
Good to know
- Only plans the operator allows on top of yours are listed. The choice depends on the country and your plan.
- The USDT minimum for a top-up is $2.50. If a plan costs less, you'll see "Below the USDT minimum".
- If your data is used up but the plan hasn't expired, you can still top it up.
- You can top up an eSIM you haven't installed yet.
- Expired eSIMs move to Finished and can't be topped up. There's a "Buy again" button there instead.
- Seeing "This eSIM can't be topped up"? The operator doesn't allow top-ups for this plan. You can get a new eSIM for the trip.
- Once you delete your account, you can't top up its eSIMs anymore.
If the top-up fails
If your payment arrived but the plan wasn't added, the order page says "We couldn't issue your eSIM". Your eSIM keeps working with the data it had. Contact support with your order number and a TRON address, and we'll refund you. Use the chat button in the bottom-right corner of this page or email support@skipthekiosk.com.
